NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS

All products sold by Mystaloria, operated by Clarity Kit LLC ("we," "us," or "our") are custom-generated digital goods created uniquely for each individual customer based on the personal data submitted during the intake assessment, including but not limited to: date of birth, time of birth, geographic coordinates, and psychological intake responses.

Because each Dossier is a bespoke, one-of-a-kind digital product algorithmically generated using your specific personal data, it cannot be resold, reused, or transferred. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances once the order has been placed and the generation process has begun.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a custom digital product tailored exclusively to the personal data you provided.
  • The generation process begins immediately upon receipt of payment.
  • No refund, return, exchange, or cancellation is available after the order is placed.
  • This no-refund policy is disclosed and agreed to prior to the completion of your purchase.

Defective Delivery In the rare event that you do not receive your digital Dossier within 24 hours of purchase, or if the delivered file is corrupted or unreadable, please contact us at claritykitllc@proton.me. We will re-deliver the product at no additional cost. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your custom digital product constitutes a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide transaction records, delivery confirmation, and evidence of your agreement to this policy at the time of purchase.

Quality Promise

Each Mystaloria Dossier is custom-generated for one specific birth chart, drawing on hours of computational analysis. For this reason, and in line with industry standards for personalized digital products, all sales are final once your Dossier has been delivered.

If your file fails to deliver, contains a technical error, or was generated using incorrect birth data due to a fault on our end, contact us within 14 days of delivery at claritykitllc@proton.me and we will re-analyze and resend your Dossier at no additional cost within 48 hours.

We do not offer refunds for changes of mind or dissatisfaction with the content of an accurately-delivered, personalized analysis.

This policy is in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines governing the sale of digital goods in the United States.
