Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using mystaloria.com ("the Site") operated by Clarity Kit LLC, doing business as Mystaloria ("we," "us," or "our").

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Site and purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase any products.

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Mystaloria offers custom-generated digital products ("Cosmic Dossiers") created using proprietary algorithmic analysis based on personal data you voluntarily submit, including date of birth, time of birth, geographic birth coordinates, and psychological intake assessment responses.

Each Dossier is a unique, bespoke digital product generated exclusively for the individual who submitted the data. Dossiers are delivered digitally via email in PDF format.

3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the personal data you submit during the intake assessment. We are not liable for inaccuracies in your Dossier resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or false data provided by you.

4. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

The content of your Dossier is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute and shall not be construed as:

  • Medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice
  • Financial, investment, or legal advice
  • A substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or treatment

You should not make life decisions based solely on the content of your Dossier. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please consult a licensed healthcare professional.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design elements, software, and generated Dossier content, is the property of Mystaloria and is protected by United States copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use your purchased Dossier for personal purposes only. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Dossier content
  • Reverse-engineer our algorithmic processes
  • Use our content for commercial purposes without written consent

6. PAYMENT & PRICING

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

7. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the custom, personalized nature of our digital products, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mystaloria and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any purchased product, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Personal injury or emotional distress
  • Any reliance on content provided in the Dossier

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mystaloria from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Springfield, Missouri.

11. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
